Wholesale Returns
We want wholesale customers to be satisfied with their orders. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect shipments upon arrival. If products arrive damaged, retain the original packaging and provide photos of both the packaging and the damaged items when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, special orders, clearance items, and products damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Authorization
Returns must be approved before items are shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds and Replacements
Approved claims may be resolved through replacement products, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
